Check-in: 16h00-20h00

Please inform Roaz de Bandeira Guesthouse in advance of your expected arrival time. Check-in must be done by appointment.

 You can use the specified box for this purpose or the comments section during the booking process or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Upon check-in, all guests are required to show a photo ID and a valid credit card.

Check-in after 20:00 (until 22:00) has an additional cost of EUR 20 and is subject to confirmation by the property.

Check-out: 9 am-11am

Check-out after 11:00 has an additional cost of EUR 10 per person, per hour.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Children and Extra Beds

Only children aged 6 and over are allowed.

Baby cots are not available.

There is no capacity for cots in this accommodation.

Children aged 6 and over can be accommodated in an extra bed available on request for some rooms and subject to confirmation by the property.

Extra bed supplement € 25 per person per night.

Family rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, including children aged 6 and over.

Double rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, (1 guest in an extra bed) including children aged 6 to 12 years old, but only upon request and if previously confirmed by the property.

Please note that only 1 child under 12 years of age is allowed per room.

During the stay:

Breakfast between 09:00 and 10:30.

Breakfast, when not included in the rate, can be requested for a minimum of 2 people at an additional cost.

For long stays, bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days and the cleaning service is done every 2 days, between 11:00 and 12:30.

Hair dryer is available on request.

Iron provided on request

Kitchen available for guests from 11:00 to 22:00.

Payment and Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation and payment conditions vary depending on the type of fare selected. Please check the cancellation and payment conditions when selecting your room.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Supplements and Special Orders will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid separately during your stay.

Credit Cards accepted:

Roaz de Bandeira Guesthouse accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount on your card prior to arrival.

The name of the credit card holder must match the guest’s name or authorization must be provided.

Please, note:

Smoking is not allowed

Guests should not make noise between 22:00 and 08:00

Parties / events are not allowed

Pets are not allowed

Check-in is only possible for guests between 18 and 80 years old.
